At hi.health we are creating smooth ways to access healthcare, by layering fintech solutions on top of insurance integrations.
We are currently a team of 20 people, based in Vienna (AT) and Berlin (DE). We announced one of Austria's biggest Seed-Rounds and are now backed by an international team of venture capital firms and angels focused on fintech, insurance, and healthcare. With almost 50,000 new users within a couple of months, we are experiencing solid growth and have become a leading independent provider in our space.

We are looking for your support in our Business Development team to boost our sales activities among merchants in the health care space.
The role:
We are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive (f/m/x) who will lead the sales process with healthcare providers and the sales team end-to-end. You will…
- be a key player in bringing hi.health’s vision and mission to life and translate it into partnerships and sales targets
- own the entire end-to-end B2B sales process, focused on healthcare merchants and providers (e.g. pharmacies, telemedicine providers, medtech companies, doctors) and clearing houses
- find and win the best partners for us together with the sales team
- define goals together with the team and show ways to achieve them together
- continuously develop and evolve the sales team
- learn from our customers and partners to help shape our offering
- define and implement scalable processes to increase conversion rates
- develop and maintain the best sales practices, pitches, objections and problem solving
- track your success by implementing relevant KPIs and optimize processes wherever necessary
- work cross-functionally, especially with our Product and Marketing team
- analyze the market and derive strategic steps and concepts from it
- be responsible for realization of quantitative and qualitative goals
- coordinate with other companies on joint projects
- report directly to our C-level, the title of the role will be aligned based on your experience
What you will bring along:
- You are ambitious

- You have proven sales experience, preferably in the the payments/fintech/tech environment
- You have already managed and led teams in the past, are able to support and coach your team members
- You set-up processes and procedures, as well as enable your team to follow them
- You are a passionate sales executive with experience and a proven track record of scaling and building businesses, ideally in a high-growth environment
- You have a great entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership and communication skills
- You have a fighting spirit and are able to build an organization from the ground up
- You have strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- You can work independently with a high level of goal orientation
- You have a positive and resilient attitude, even when encountering problems or when things go haywire
- You are fluent in German and English at a professional level; other languages are advantageous as we are working in a fully international team
- You count self-motivation and self-awareness, entrepreneurship, long-term thinking and collaborative teamwork as your strengths
It is a plus if…
- Your sales expertise is based in the payments or fintech environment
- You have already worked with Hubspot
- You are experienced in leading remote team members

Stay flexible and work from anywhere:
We hire in the EU, within ±2 hrs of Vienna, but you’ll have to arrange your day according to Vienna times and be present in our offices from time to time, depending on your role. While working at hi, we are totally fine with you working from anywhere within ±3 hours, but, you’ll have to arrange your schedule. Our team has already worked in a variety of nice places like Paris, Tuscany, Valencia, and many more.

Legal matters:
For legal matters, we state that the minimum base wage for this full-time (38,5 hrs) position is 52.220 € gross per year according to the collective agreement (IT Kollektivvertrag 2022, ST1 Erfahrungsstufe). Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience and is likely to be above the salary mentioned above. A variable component will also be part of the total compensation package.
